All advertising be lawful, any advertising that is deemed illegal or unsuitable will be immediately removed
Do not post misleading or false adverts
Harassment or victimisation of any kind is not allowed
Spamming or using the classifieds for spam advertising is not allowed
You must not attempt to collect personal information from anyone under the age of
18, such as, but not limited to name, address, email address, phone number or school.
You must not impersonate a member of LivingWandsworth staff
These rules are representative of the behaviour we expect from organisations that use LivingWandsworth to promote their organisation and it is not exhaustive, anyone found to be abusing the service will have their account privileges removed without notice. We will also remove adverts as we see appropriate.
Premium advertising
Premium advertising is subject to the same terms ad conditions as free advertising.
Premium advertising is charged at the prevailing monthly rate which is available on request. Advertising is paid for a month in advance and covers a full calendar month.
If you cancel your advert mid month, except for adverts placed on the homepage, a refund will not be paid.
Use of your Content
For content you post or otherwise provide to LivingWandsworth
via this site, you grant LivingWandsworth permission to (1) use, copy, distribute,
transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, modify, translate
and reformat your content, and (2) sublicense these rights, to the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law. LivingWandsworth will not pay you for your content.
LivingWandsworth may remove your content at any time. For each content posted, you
represent that you have all rights necessary for you to make the grants in this section.
You agree that your posted content is not confidential, and LivingWandsworth may
disclose your content to any law enforcement or regulatory agency in the event LivingWandsworth
has a good faith reason to believe it is necessary for purposes of ensuring your
compliance with these rules, and protecting the rights, property, and interests of
LivingWandsworth, or as may be required by law.
Limitation of Liability
The classifieds
section is provided for the benefit of visitors to advertise goods and services for
sale or exchange. As such LivingWandsworth assumes no liability for posts on the
forum, or for any harm, damage or action arising out of those posts. We do not guarantee
continuous, error free access to our services, or that any problems will be corrected.
We will where possible make reasonable attempts to maintain an uninterrupted service.
We can not however, guarantee this and we do not give any warranties, express or
implied about the availability of the service
