Ordering is easy and you can do it in four different ways:
* Online via our secure website;
* By telephone
* By post
We use PayPal and accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards and Visa Debit & Visa Electron debit cards and Paypal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay.
Please note that cheque's must clear before orders can be shipped and should be denominated in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to 'LivingWandsworth Ltd'. Please also remember to include £1 for standard postage and packaging if you live within Wandsworth Borough or £3.50 if you live outside the borough. Please ensure you pay the correct amount.
For customers living within Wandsworth borough we will try to process all orders on the same day that they are received and aim to deliver the goods to you the next day. For customers outside of Wandsworth borough, most orders received by 3pm are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. All orders outside of Wandsworth borough are sent by Royal Mail.
We offer a choice of the following services for UK addresses: All orders will need to be signed for.
Within Wandsworth borough - Standard Delivery - £1. Normally you should receive your order the next day.
Within Wandsworth borough - Special Delivery Next Day by 12noon - £2.50p
Within Wandsworth borough - Express same day delivery for orders placed before 6pm - £10.
Outside Wandsworth borough - Standard Delivery - £3.50p
Outside Wandsworth borough - Special Delivery Next Day by 12noon - £5.50p
We only deliver to mainland England only, and each delivery package cost outside Wandsworth borough is for up to 3kg in weight
You can return a product within 30 days of the date on which you received it and we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. The product needs to be in an ‘as new’ condition and complete with all packaging. If you live in Wandsworth borough we will attempt to collect it from you free of charge, otherwise you must pay for the return postage of the goods. Please e-mail us at Sales@LivingWandsworth.co.uk to inform and we will advise you on how to do this.
The item needs to be returned to us in an ‘as new’ condition otherwise we reserve the right to return the product to you or reduce the refund payable.
We recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Personalised products or those made to order cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, or for any other reason which is our fault, please e-mail us at Sales@LivingWandsworth.co.uk to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
We will provide you with a returns form and advise you how to send the item back to us; usually this will be by Royal Mail FREEPOST though for larger items we may require a courier to collect them from you.
If we ask you to use our Royal Mail FREEPOST address it is important to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office and retain it until we confirm receipt of your order.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns in person at our head office.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
If you purchase an item from our site for Christmas and the recipient doesn't want it then you can send the product back to us for a refund as long as the product is unopened and in perfect condition. You must advise our customer service team before the 10th Jan and we must receive it back before the end of the month.
This applies to any order purchased between the 15th of November and the 31st of December, which falls outside the normal 30 day guarantee.
We aim to provide a wide variety of products, and source out products from a variety of suppliers depending on what is currently in demand. As such we receive new products on a weekly basis.
If however, you have a suggestion to make about a product let us know using the contact form and we’ll see what we can do. If we like your suggestion and sell it we will send you a little gift to say thank you.
We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers quickly and fairly.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 24hrs with either a resolution or a timescale in which you can expect your issue to be resolved.
Unless otherwise stated products do not come with batteries as standard.

Within Wandsworth borough the last date for which you can expect delivery on the 24th Dec is the 23rd Dec.
Outside of Wandsworth borough the last date for which you can expect delivery on the 24th is the 21st December, subject to Royal Mail deliveries.
