Our service to you
* We will always try to ensure that all products on the boutique are in stock. If they are not we will promptly inform you and give you the chance to cancel the order or wait for the goods to come back in stock.
* We will always try to describe goods as best as possible and never knowingly mis-describe goods.
* We will promptly replace or refund any goods that prove defective within 12 months.
* We will identify products we think are child unfriendly, and where possible provide guidance on the appropriate age range for a product.
* If you order a product and don’t like it, we will try our best to change it or refund you, providing the goods are as you received them, unopened, and with all their packaging.
Goods we sell
* We will always aim to ensure we have your goods delivered as agreed when you checked out.
* If your goods are faulty we we collect them if you are within Wandsworth borough, arrange collection at our own cost, or refund you any delivery costs.
Delivery
* We will treat everyone in the community fairly.
* We recognise that we couldn’t exist without community support, so we will put 5% of Boutique’s net profits back into the community.
The Community
* We will try our best to reduce the impact we have on the environment by;
- Having at least 5 plants per building we operate in
- Buying equipment that is energy efficient
- Not using unnecessary packaging materials
- Recycling and using recycled products as much as possible.
- Reducing our delivery C02 footprint buy using a network of local staff to hand deliver orders by foot, bike, buses, or combining car journeys with deliveries.
