Hints and tips for submission

Articles should be submitted in MS Word (doc), or plain text format, (txt, rtf)
|

Submit articles of no more than 500 words.

Keep the articles relevant and focused

Include pictures where possible

Submit pictures in JPG, bmp, or gif format
|

All people in pictures should be over 18

Pictures should not be more than 5mb

Videos should not be more than 50mb

Where possible provide a link to your video on YouTube

|
Include your full details in case we need to contact you, and for inclusion as the author
