We will try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, if we can’t or we deviate we will explain why
We are a small band of people living in Wandsworth, who after seeing the fall of big companies, huge bonuses for individuals and the eventual collapse of the economy and people being made jobless and homeless have decided to create a community based website to help the people of Wandsworth Borough.
We want to use our skills to help people whether its by identifying free stuff on the Internet, providing free advice and tools for businesses, or a forum for people to discuss their problems or to help each other out.
Our skills include IT, finance, photography, media, web design, well the list is almost endless, but the way that LivingWandsworth is really going to succeed is if the community comes together and takes part, we encourage everyone to;
- Submit articles on their favourite subjects
- Share with everyone any money saving tips they have
- Help people out with problems that they may have through the forum
- Suggest ways that we can improve LivingWandsworth.co.uk
- Collaborate with us on community based projects.
But also have a bit of fun as well, small addictive games, weekly competitions, and giveaways are never more than a few clicks away.
LivingWandsworth.co.uk gets better when you take part, so come on send something in or challenge our abilities and we’re sure we’ll excel.

We believe that advertising is an important part of every business, and promoting local business is vital to the local economy, as such we provide organisations with the opportunity to advertise on LivingWandsworth. But we will follow these rules;
- All advertising will be on the left side of our pages, this will be the only area for paid advertising
- We won’t use graphics, as this will slow down and degrade the experience of many visitors
- We won’t allow large chain stores to advertise
- Where possible adverts will relate to the page
- If we are asked to do a feature on a particular business we will make it clear if this is paid or not.
- Charities, Wandsworth council, and not-for-profit organisations will always be able to advertise for free
